Vacuum Advance For Lucas 35DLM8 Distributor Range Rover

The Lucas 35DLM8 distributor vacuum advance unit (Part Number: RTC3201) is the standard factory-specification capsule designed for the later electronic ignition Rover V8 engines. 

Part number RTC3201 is engineered specifically for vehicles fitted with the Lucas 35DLM8 8-cylinder distributor (distributors featuring the built-in 2-pin or 3-pin electronic ignition amplifier module mounted directly to the side)

Symptoms of a Failing 35DLM8 Vacuum Unit

1. Hesitation or "flat spots" when you step on the accelerator pedal under light engine loads.
