How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?

Carb Parts offers fast and secure shipping for orders placed on our website to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs vary but start at a flat rate of $10.95 Australia wide and includes tracking.

Most orders are typically delivered within 2-3 days. Deliveries to rural and remote locations can take up to 5 business days

If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery day your order will be left in a safe place. Not all addresses are suitable for this service (e.g. secured apartment blocks). If this does not suit you please leave a note on your order before your order is shipped.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm).

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

Please notify us by email or phone immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once a package has left our facility, we have no way of making corrections to the address. If you’ve received a ‘shipping confirmation’ email, the package is en route.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders internationally, please check the shipping calculator on the checkout page for shipping rates based on your cart contents and destination.  As a buyer, you are responsible for payment of any applicable import duties, custom fees etc in your country.

Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes. Be sure to call ahead as we're in and out of the shop. 03 9989 9921

We are located at Shed 5, 1-3 Despatch St, Echuca VIC 3564. 

Can I send my order to a PO Box?

Yes, although bulky items may require alternative collection arrangements with your Post office.
