This inlet baffle plate is designed to fit Holley carburettors using front side hung float bowls. Its role is to manage fuel movement within the bowl, helping maintain consistent fuel delivery to the needle and seat during changes in vehicle speed or direction.

Fuel slosh can cause inconsistent fuelling, particularly under hard acceleration, braking, or when driving on inclines. This baffle plate is a practical service component and is commonly installed when the float bowl is removed for maintenance or tuning work.
