Description
  • Suits Round Shaft Pumps – Specifically designed for Rochester B, BC, and BV carburettors with a round stem plunger.
  • Includes 5/8" Pump Cup – Pump cup inner diameter 5/8", outer diameter .367"; for smooth and reliable accelerator pump operation.
  • Wide Model Coverage – Fits many Buick, Chevy, Jeep, Olds, Pontiac, and Studebaker applications. Replaces Fuelmiser RT600R

This rebuild kit is designed for Rochester B, BC, and BV carburettors fitted with round shaft accelerator pump plungers. It includes a 5/8" ID x .367" OD pump cup and other essential parts to restore fuel performance and throttle response in older American vehicles.

Important Notes:

  • This kit is for round shaft pump carbs only. If you have a flat shaft, use KR600F instead.
  • If your round shaft pump has a leather cup, you will also need to order a complete replacement pump.
  • Polish the pump bore and apply two drops of oil to the cup before installation. Do not soak the pump.
  • To clear ethanol residue, run a thin wire through all internal passages before assembly.
  • Carburettor numbers 7013596, 7025638, 7025662, and 7028149 require an alternate float bowl gasket. Please contact us if you have one of these units.
